​Yoshinori Goto received his BS and MS degree Tohoku University in 1992 and 1994 respectively. He joined Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) in 1994. He was engaged in various reserch and development activities such as basic research(X-ray optics), internet access system, video transmission system, home network, future network and IoT/M2M. He has more than 15 years experiences in the standardization activities and has served as rapporteurs of SG9, 13 and 16 (until 2012), chair of WG of FG-IPTV and vice chair of WP2/16 (from 2008 to 2010). He is serving as vice-chair of SG13 and co-chair of WP1/13.
