Dr. Hedaia-t-Allah Nabil is the Director of the Economic Affairs and International Indicators Department in the Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. She has more than 15 years of experience working in the governmental ICT sector in Egypt; serving in the MCIT and the NTRA. Dr. Nabil has a scientific background as she holds a PhD in Political Science (Comparative Political Systems) from Cairo University. She has several international publications about cloud computing and national security, worldwide data protection regulations trends and data protection considerations in the Metaverse, including a publication in the ITU Focus Group on Metaverse.
