
Coordinator and Project Manager, Pully, Switzerland
Alexandre Bosshard is member of the board of the Department for industrial services and technical office of the City of Pully. He also chairs TEKSI, an association dedicated to the development of open source software for urban infrastructure management.
He has piloted several smart city projects covering areas such as mobility, big data and e-government, in partnership with major players such as Swisscom and the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).
He is responsible for implementing the U4SSC set of indicators in Pully, based on International Telecommunication Union (ITU) methodology, and initiated and supervised the writing of “Pully à la loupe”.
Alexandre holds an engineering degree from EPFL, a postgraduate diploma in applied psychology SNLP, and a certificate in public administration management from the University of Lausanne (IDHEAP).
