This Recommendation specifies the rcp8 protocol used between Resource Admission Control Physical Entity (RAC-PE) and CPN Gateway Policy Enforcement Physical Entities (CGPE-PE). This interface was defined in [ITU-T Y.2111]. The interface can be supported in direct-mode and the interaction for resource and admission control between RAC-PE and CGPE-PE.
