Summary:

During the ballot of ISO/IEC 23001-9 Amd.1 on sparse encryption in MPEG-2 TS, it was found that an af_descriptor code point used in this specification (cets_byte_range_descriptor) was not included in ITU-T H.222.0 (10/2014) | ISO/IEC 13818-1:2015 Amd.1.
This corrigendum adds the code point in Table U-2 so that both specifications are aligned.
