Summary:
|
With the deep integration of artificial intelligence, computer vision, and big data technologies, intelligent video surveillance systems have evolved from traditional "passive recording" to a paradigm of "active perception, intelligent analysis, and precise decision-making." These systems are now widely deployed across critical global sectors, including public safety, smart cities, traffic management, energy and power, and industrial security, serving as core infrastructure for safeguarding societal operations and enhancing governance efficiency.
By breaking through the limitations of "fragmented analysis" inherent in traditional surveillance systems, the visual agent systems have emerged as a pivotal pillar driving the intelligent transformation and upgrading of surveillance infrastructure.
This Recommendation specifies the requirements and framework for visual agent system in intelligent video surveillance, providing guidance for design, development, implementation, and application of visual agent system in intelligent video surveillance.
