Summary:

The rapid growth of the internet has enabled the widespread of Digital Public Infrastructures (DPIs) worldwide. In this context, robust standards are increasingly critical to protect the interests of creators, consumers, and organizations, to ensure the trustworthiness of digital media using Artificial Intelligence techniques, improving the robustness of DPIs. To this end, this work provides an overview of AI techniques and describes how they may enhance DPI technical robustness related to multimedia. It also provides requirements for processing multimedia within DPI, aiming to ensure accurate, traceable, and transparent digital content within such systems.
