Summary:

This Recommendation defines the technical capability requirements of automatic operator generation tools for multimedia and large model scenarios and standardizes a systematic evaluation framework for the quality, performance and compatibility of auto-generated operators. It aims to unify fragmented evaluation criteria and inconsistent technical specifications of current automatic operator generation technologies, support efficient deployment and cross-hardware porting of multimodal foundation models in heterogeneous computing environments, and boost standardized application .
