This Recommendation provides the framework and general technical requirements for artificial intelligence cloud platform: multimedia data processing requirements. This Recommendation covers the terminology, features, and reference design of an AI cloud platform to enable the development of AI models (as well as the foundation model) multimedia applications. The purpose of this draft recommendation is to provide general technical requirements to multimedia data access, processing, management, and provision, aiming to facilitate data processing capabilities for AI cloud platform that could better assist in the development of AI multimedia applications.
