In order to solve the issues of information opacity, susceptibility to data tampering, and difficulty in traceability throughout the entire lifecycle of the software supply chain, this draft Recommendation specifies framework of DLT-based data management platform for software supply chain. It defines software supply chain data layer, service layer and application layer, and provides process of DLT-based data management for software supply chain. It can be used to the design, implementation, deployment, and usage of the DLT-based data management platform for software supply chain.
