Summary:
|
In the metaverse, the lack of standardized guidelines, or gold standard reference, could lead to diluted or incorrect representations of well-being methods such as meditation and yoga. Standardized practices can preserve the integrity of each well-being methods – meditation and yoga, ensuring that instructors and programs adhere to established principles and techniques. In metaverse, users may attempt challenging techniques and poses without the physical presence of a qualified instructor to correct their posture or prevent injuries. Standardized protocols for guiding users, providing real-time feedback, and ensuring safe practice environments are critical. In the physical world, meditation and yoga instructors often undergo certification to demonstrate their expertise. Similarly, in the metaverse, standardized certification processes can validate the qualifications of instructors, say Metaverse Meditation Instructors and Metaverse Yoga Instructors. This not only builds trust among users but also ensures a high standard of instruction across platforms. Therefore this Recommendation focuses on the service requirements and capabilities framework for IoT and metaverse enabled well-being methods measurement.
