Summary: In a rapidly evolving network landscape and emerging QoS and QoE-sensitive use cases or applications, the NRAs find it challenging to keep their QoS and QoE regulatory frameworks and measurement methodologies updated. The QoS and QoE parameter repository will provide a useful reference for regulators and governments to keep their QoS and QoE frameworks in sync with technological capabilities to protect consumers' interests. The scope given above was agreed. Further, it was decided to: – implement the project in phases – form two different teams-one to collect QoS &QoE benchmark-related SG12 material, the other to collect benchmark QoS &QoE parameters and related QoS &QoE regulation from NRAs – collect regulations and a description of the QoS &QoE benchmarks for the dashboard by the NRAs – study variations in QoS &QoE parameters from country to country – develop a questionnaire based on variation from country to country for NRAs – identify existing resources of QoS &QoE parameters to use for this project – identify focal points by regions. As of now, the following members agreed to work as Coordinators for NRAs and SG12: Mr Abdul Kayum (main, for APT), Mr Malick Sylla (for Africa), Mr Kai Lima (for Latin America), Ms. Stavroula Bouzouki (for European countries) and Mr. Vincent Barriac (representative for MNOs).
