Summary:

The bDDN supports a variety of applications which have different service requirements. In order to provide more refined services to these different applications, application awareness capability of bDDN perceives the requirements, status, and context information of the applications, and analyse these large amounts of data through big data plane to achieve more accurate resource scheduling and allocation.
This Recommendation specifies the functional requirements of application awareness, functional architecture of application awareness, and mechanism of application awareness of bDDN.
