Summary:

This document outlines the requirements for ensuring that meetings are accessible to remote participants, including those with disabilities, specific needs, and those using assistive technologies. Remote participants are those who are not present at the physical location of the meeting but who are taking part via audiovisual communication. This can be done via the Internet and also by using traditional telephone conferencing methods.
