To address the challenge of cross-domain charging cost settlement in the electric vehicle charging scenario, facilitating convenient cost settlement for users and minimizing charging piles management costs for operators, this Recommendation provides a reference framework for a cross-domain charging cost settlement platform based on Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). It defines the relevant role views and activities, and specifies DLT-based cross-domain settlement platform of electric vehicle public charging operators.
