This Recommendation aim to specify framework and functional requirements of micro-service governance. It will introduce the overview of micro-service governance, and describe the functional requirements for cloud computing capabilities which can provide micro-service governance, and provides an appendix describing use cases to derive the corresponding functional requirements.
