Summary:

To promote user identity and access management (IAM) for telecommunications management network (TMN), this draft Recommendation specifies requirements of user identity and access management for telecommunications management network.
This Recommendation will mainly include the following contents:
- Basic concepts and background, including general requirements of identity and access management for TMN, the overview of IAM in TMN, and reference models of IAM for TMN.
- Functional requirement of user IAM for TMN, including the top view of IAM for TMN and the detailed requirements of user identity management function and access management function in the functional framework of user IAM for TMN. The functional requirements will be consistent to existing security related standards if there exists.
This draft Recommendation applies to the guidance of design and development of IAM solutions for TMN.
