Summary:

This Recommendation will focus on smart energy solutions for telecom site, mainly focusing on the performance, safety, energy efficiency, environmental impacts when multiple energy put into system such as PV energy, wind energy, fuel cells, and the Grids.
In addition, smart energy control also will be considered in this Recommendation, for example, when grid is off, how to manage the energy flows to achieve higher energy efficiency, get more green energy etc.
