This Recommendation specifies a flexible interoperable long-reach OTN interface over which an OTUCn (n ? 1) is transferred, using bonded interfaces. The Recommendation defines the frame format for FlexO using the Staircase FEC for higher coding gain than the FlexO described in G.709.1.
