共同告警协议(CAP 1.1) |
通用警报协议(CAP)是在多类网络中交换所有危险应急警报和公共告警的简单但一般的格式。CAP能够将统一的报警信息通过许多不同报警系统同时传播,从而在提高报警有效性的同时简化了报警任务。CAP还有助于在各类本地报警中侦测新兴模式,例如可能说明未察觉的危险或敌对行动的模式。CAP根据学术研究和现实经验确定的最佳做法提供有效报警信息的模板。ITU-T X.1303建议书同时提供了XSD规范和相应的ASN.1规范(允许进行压缩二进位编码),并允许将ASN.1以及XSD工具用于CAP信息的生成与处理。本建议书使H.323系统等现有系统能够更方便地进行CAP报文的编码、传送和解码。 |
