This Recommendation specifies peer protocol for distributed multimedia streaming services over managed P2P architecture that defined in ITU-T X.609. It satisfies the signaling requirements that specified in ITU-T X.609.3. This Recommendation also specifies protocol messages among peers, behaviors, and the types of peer relationship. |
