ITU-T G.8275/Y.1369建议书说明电信网络中基于分组的时间和相位分布的架构和要求。本建议书所述架构主要适用于IEEE 1588的使用。其它建议书确定了与该架构相符的使用IEEE 1588的详细细节。ITU-T G.8275 建议书（2017年）的本修订案提供以下更新：– 作为附件C、附件D和附录VIII增加的ITU-T G.8275.1和ITU-T G.8275.2的共同附件和附录材料。第1修正案纳入了对IEEE1588-2019的参引，并包括附录IX：关于使用IEEE1588-2019的考虑。
