4G移动网络上的视频电话端到端服务质量

ITU-T G.1028.1建议书提供了关于影响电信级（与本建议书范围外的过顶（OTT）方式相反的）长期演进（LTE）网络上的对话视频业务端到端性能的关键方面的指导原则。该业务亦称为LTE视频电话（ViLTE），由全球移动通信系统协会（GSMA）定义。本建议书确定了最佳运行ViLTE网络的先决条件，并且提供了运营商可利用的补救措施，解决LTE网络服务质量（QoS）下降的相关影响。
