采用OMCI的以太无源光网

ITU-T G.9801 建议书阐述了使用ONU管理和控制接口（OMCI）的以太网无源光网络（EPON）系统的要求和规范，即OMCI-EPON。
OMCI-EPON的用户数据传送是基于IEEE 802.3和IEEE 1904.1，其管理采用了ITU-T G.988 建议书附件C的要求。OMCI-EPON支持IEEE 802.3中定义的1G-EPON、10/1G EPON和10/10G-EPON构架，并提供了可与现有采用时分多址（TDMA）技术和/或波长阻塞滤波（WBF）技术的PON系统共存的构架。
