Implémentation de référence de la procédure de commutation entre les algorithmes des Annexes D et E de la Rec. G.729

La présente annexe définit les mécanismes nécessaires aux opérations de commutation entre les systèmes conformes à l'Annexe D (6,4 kbit/s) et à l'Annexe E (11,8 kbit/s) de la Recommandation G.729. Précedemment, seule l'opération de commutation à partir de 8 kbit/s était spécifiée.
La présente annexe comporte un document électronique contenant la version 1.1 du code source en C et les vecteurs tests pour l'implémentation en virgule fixe du vocodeur CS-ACELP à 6,4 kbit/s, 8 kbit/s et 11,8 kbit/s sans fonctionnalité DTX.
