El presente anexo describe el funcionamiento a velocidad controlada por la fuente (SCR) del códec de banda ancha multivelocidad adaptativa para voz.El funcionamiento SCR que aquí se describe fue adoptado también por el 3GPP en su especificación TS 26.193.
