Implementación de referencia del procedimiento de conmutación entre los anexos D y E a la Recomendación G.729

En este anexo se definen los mecanismos necesarios de la operación de conmutación entre los correspondientes elementos a 6,4 kbit/s en la Recomendación G.729 anexo D y a 11,8 kbit/s en la la Recomendación G.729 anexo E a dicha Recomendación. Anteriormente, sólo se especificaba la conmutación a partir de 8 kbit/s G.729.
Este anexo incluye un fichero electrónico que contiene la versión 1.1 del código fuente C y los vectores de prueba para la implementación en coma fija del codificador vocal CS-ACELP a 6,4 kibt/s, 8 kbit/s y 11,8 kbit/s sin la funcionalidad DTX.
