Implementación de referencia de la funcionalidad de transmisión discontinua del anexo B a la Recomendación G.729 para el anexo D

En este anexo se proporciona la funcionalidad DTX para el algoritmo CS-ACELP a 6,4 kbit/s del anexo D a la Recomendación G.729 que utiliza el algoritmo básico del anexo B a dicha Recomendación.Este anexo incluye un fichero electrónico que contiene la versión 1.1 del código fuente C y los vectores de prueba para la implementación en coma fija del codificador vocal CS-ACELP a 6,4 kbit/s y 8 kbit/s con la funcionalidad DTX.
