Características de temporización de los relojes transparentes de telecomunicaciones

En esta Recomendación se describen los requisitos mínimos de los relojes transparentes. Estos requisitos son aplicables en las condiciones ambientales normales especificadas para los equipos.
En esta Recomendación se incluyen la precisión de reloj, la generación de ruido, la tolerancia al ruido, la transferencia de ruido y la respuesta a fenómenos transitorios para relojes transparentes de telecomunicaciones.
