تصف التوصية ITU-T G.8275/Y.1369 المعمارية والمتطلبات من أجل توزيع الزمن والطور القائم على الرزم في شبكات الاتصالات. وتطبق المعمارية الموصوفة بشكل أساسي على استعمال المعيار IEEE 1588. وترد التفاصيل اللازمة لاستخدام المعيار IEEE 1588 بطريقة متسقة مع هذه المعمارية في توصيات أخرى. وتقدم هذه المراجعة للتوصية ITU-T G.8275 (2017) التحديثات التالية:
- مواد مشتركة في الملحق والتذييل للتوصية ITU-T G.8275.1 والتوصية ITU-T G.8275.2 تضاف في الملحق C والملحق D والتذييل VIII.
- ويتضمن التعديل 1 إحالة إلى المعيار IEEE1588-2019 ويتضمن التذييل IX اعتبارات بشأن استخدام المعيار IEEE1588-2019.
- ويتضمن التعديل 2 تحديثات للتذييل III، بشأن عقدة IWF التنوعية.
