- تحديث الإشارات لما يحتاج إلى "مزيد من الدراسة" لتصبح إحالة إلى التوصية ITU-T G.8273.4.
- أضيفت مادة جديدة إلى الفقرة 11.7.6 بشأن تعطل إشارة توقيت الرزم.
