The Operational Plan is established based on the decisions and guidance contained in the strategic plan adopted by the Plenipotentiary Conference in Resolution 71, setting out the goals and objectives to be achieved during the forthcoming cycle. This Operational Plan defines the road map for the implementation of relevant activities in the Radiocommunication Bureau (BR) with the purpose of achieving these goals and objectives within the defined time frame.
The Bureau has segmented the operational plan into two categories:
