La présente annexe décrit le fonctionnement en débit commandé par la source (SCR, source controlled rate) du codec vocal adaptatif multidébit large bande (AMR-WB, adaptive multi-rate wideband).Le fonctionnement en mode SCR décrit ici a également été adopté par le 3GPP dans sa spécification TS 26.193.
