Members Exhibition @WRS-26

The ITU Radiocommunication Bureau is pleased to announce the Members Exhibition, to be held from 7 to 11 December 2026 at ITU Headquarters. This Exhibition will be held concurrently at the same venue of the World Radiocommunication Seminar 2026 (WRS-26).

  • WRS-26 is expected to attract participants from around the globe, including experts from ministries, regulatory bodies, scientific organizations and stakeholders in the satellite, terrestrial, and mobile industries.
  • Exhibitors will have the opportunity to showcase their innovations to delegates and engage with attendees.

Who can participate

Participation in the Exhibition is possible free of charge under the following conditions for:

  • ITU Member States
  • ITU Academia members
  • ITU-R Sector Members and Associates

To request an exhibition desk, your organization must meet at least one of the above criteria and be registered for in-person participation in WRS-26.

Registration is required for all participants, including exhibitors. See the WRS-26 invitation letter for further information.

Benefits

Dates and location

Two exhibition areas will be available at ITU Headquarters, rue de Varembé 6, CH-1211 Geneva 20, Switzerland:

  • ITU Tower building: second basement level (2SS), main exhibition area.
  • ITU Montbrillant building: ground-floor Innovation Hub, to be used as a secondary location only if the main exhibition area reaches full capacity.
  • Exhibition dates: 7–11 December 2026
  • Opening hours: 08:00–19:00

Set-up and dismantling

  • Set-up: Friday, 4 December 2026, 09:00–16:00; and Monday, 7 December 2026, 09:00–12:00
  • Dismantling: Friday, 11 December 2026, from 16:00

Costs

Direct costs related to raw surface area, skirt desk, electricity and Wi-Fi, and expenses such rental of desks, chairs, booth dividers and other furniture are free of charge for eligible ITU members, subject to availability.

Stand options

One or two standard tables, together with two or more chairs, will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Priority will be granted to ITU Member States and ITU-R Sector Members.

To book stand space, please complete the Booking Request Form which will be sent to the ITU-R Membership team:

Once approved, the relevant floor-plan contract will be returned to you for signature.

Upon receipt of your signed floor-plan contract, your booth size and location will be confirmed and can no longer be modified.
