Why pledge?

P2C recognizes that to meaningfully connect the remaining 2.2 billion people, multi-stakeholder collaboration is urgently needed, as well as the direct leadership of governments, policy makers, and the regulatory community. Partner2Connect is designed to be a game-changer opportunity to finally take a holistic approach, to pledge, and to mobilize the resources needed to connect those who are still offline.

Pledges are implemented by the organizations that submit them. Partner2Connect does not fund projects directly. Instead it provides a neutral global platform to showcase initiatives and encourage partnerships.
