The WSIS+20 High-Level Event 2025 will be held from 7 to 11 July 2025 at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland, in a hybrid format. To register for the event, please follow the instructions below:

Media Registration:

All journalists, including UNOG accredited reporters, should submit an accreditation request here.

Registration Process for on-site participation

Accreditation is required to participate on-site in the WSIS+20 High-Level Event 2025.

Important Notes:

  • ITU Members: Accreditation will be processed through your organization’s designated focal point.

  • Non-ITU Members: If you have not attended the WSIS Forum in person since 2022, please complete the accreditation form here before completing the registration form.

For on-site registration, log in to the Registration Form with your ITU User Account credentials. If you do not have an ITU User Account, you can create one by using the link below.

Additional Notes:

  • Accreditation requests must be submitted no later than 6 June 2025 to ensure timely administrative processing of the requests.

  • Upon approval of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your Registration ID and further instructions.

  • ITU reserves the right to request additional documentation from participant if it deems necessary.

  • The confirmation of registration, which is provided to each confirmed participant, is the only document provided by ITU for visa support.

Registration Process for remote participation

All stakeholders who wish to participate remotely in the forum, as an attendee or speaker, are required to complete the virtual participation registration form.
