Abstract :	Under No. 101 of the Convention of the International Telecommunication Union and Article 30 of the Financial Regulations of the Union, the Secretary-General is requested to submit a financial operating report each year to the Council. The Financial Operating Report for the 2020 financial year covers: o The audited accounts for the 2020 financial year of the budget of the Union. o The audited accounts for 2020 for technical cooperation projects, voluntary contributions and the ITU Staff Superannuation and Benevolent Funds. o The audited ITU TELECOM World 2020 event. Action required The financial operating report on the audited accounts and the draft resolution in Annex A are submitted to the Council for consideration and approval. Once examined and approved by the Council, the report will be communicated to the Member States and Sector Members.
