Abstract :

The Radiocommunication Director provides a report to each World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC) pursuant to CV180 and item 9 of the agenda. This report is a valuable resource for administrations because it provides the BR Director's view of the activities and difficulties encountered in the period since the preceding WRC. However, due to the timing of the release of the report close to the start of the WRC, the effectiveness of the report is considerably reduced.
