Abstract :	In accordance with Plenipotentiary Conference Resolution 140 (Rev. Bucharest 2022) and Council Resolution 1334 (Modified 2023), the Secretary-General has been instructed to prepare a report on the outcomes of the 2025 high-level meeting of the UN General Assembly on the overall review of the implementation of the outcomes of the World Summit on the Information Society to the Council 2026 and to the Plenipotentiary conference in 2026, through CWG-WSIS&SDG.
