Abstract :	This report has been prepared in response to the 2024 session of the ITU Council, where the Member States requested a comprehensive overview of the activities of ITU being carried out in supporting the Member States in the reconstruction of the ICT infrastructure. This report provides the background on the ITU's mandate, outlines products and services, and points to recent ITU's activities carried out in the concerned countries.
