Abstract :

This document proposes a revised methodology for establishing the full costs attributable to Satellite Network Filings application of a Full Cost Allocation approach in accordance with Decision 535, and a graduated method for limiting the collection of those full costs based on appropriate benchmarks in accordance with Resolution 91 (Rev. Guadalajara, 2010).
