Summary: With the explosive growth of multimedia data, there is an urgent need for cross-field data circulation, and the potential for integrating and applying data across various industries is substantial. However, the data flow process requires collaboration among multiple platforms to accomplish related tasks. During this collaboration, different platforms often lack a unified task scheduling platform, consistent identity verification, and a coherent delivery process. These challenges adversely affect the overall efficiency and interoperability of cross-platform data product delivery. Therefore, it is essential to establish a unified and standardized architecture for the multimedia data delivery service platform, ensuring smooth and efficient data circulation between different entities. This draft Recommendation outlines the architecture and functional requirements for the Multimedia Data Delivery Service Platform (MDDSP). It achieves interaction management, delivery scheduling, order transfer, operation management, delivery method management, unified identification, identity verification, data product directory and other functions. The platform also supports additional capabilities to meet various data delivery needs in different scenarios.
