Summary:

The intelligent device management service based on augmented reality (AR) in future networks is critical for enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of device operation and maintenance. This Recommendation specifies a service model that enables device operators to perform inspection, configuration, troubleshooting as well as other management tasks with the support of AR and artificial intelligence (AI). This Recommendation includes the overall concept of the service model, service requirements, reference model, network requirements for supporting the service model and service workflow.
