Summary: This Recommendation specifies the evaluation model of key health indicators and implementation methods for smart power equipment. Based on smart power equipment maintenance, operation and environmental information, and characteristic information of the same type of device, a health indicator quantitative evaluation model is established, which includes three steps of parameter type collection, performance / component collection, and comprehensive evaluation. The establishment of the health indicator evaluation model combines the accumulation of experience in equipment maintenance, and the health evaluation driven by intelligent equipment data. For the urban power equipment group, it provides the overall decision-making basis of equipment operation and maintenance and power grid risk management for the power supply management.
