Recommendation describes best practices aimed at enablement indicator of information and communication technologies (ICT) to other sectors and best practices, and give ICT enablement evaluation method. The application of the best practices defined in this Recommendation can help owners and managers to reducing the GHG emission by ICT, such measures will strongly contribute to a reduction in the impact of sectors on climate change.
