1. Provided a reference and guideline for DLT service developers and providers of power grid.
2. Serve as a framework guideline for establishing data management with DLT technologies in the Electrical Power industry.
3. Divide the rights and responsibilities of the participants in the DLT-based power grid.
4. Provide problem tracing and regulatory audit for regulatory agencies.
