This Recommendation is to standardize security requirements for Road Side Unit (RSU) in Intelligent Transportation System (ITS).
This Recommendation provides security requirements for RSU based on the analysis of security threats. This will be helpful for vendors and operators of RSUs to realize potential security risks of RSU and specify security requirements, and guide them to adopt proper security schemes to resists attacks from cyberspace and protect ITS’s security.
