En esta Recomendación se describe la técnica flotante para la instalación de cables de fibra óptica en conductos.La técnica flotante que se describe en esta Recomendación se realiza siempre con agua.Se proporcionan indicaciones sobre los equipos que han de utilizarse, consejos sobre las acciones que se han de realizar y sobre los procedimientos y las precauciones que hay que adoptar durante la instalación del cable.
