IPTV业务的体验质量要求

ITU-T G.1080建议书定义了网络电视（IPTV）业务体验质量（QoE）的用户要求。从终端用户角度定义了QoE要求且网络部署架构和传输协议不可知。QoE要求规定为端到端且提供了这些要求如何影响网络传输和应用层行为的信息。提供了视频、音频、文本、图像、控制功能和元数据的QoE要求。本建议书中的压缩编码方案为示例性，且性能目标、比特率、分组损耗率等详细数值也是示例性的。读者可适当选择或替换这些参数值，以便与这些参数值将适用的各种IPTV业务环境相一致。
