La définition du service de présentation contenue dans la Rec. UIT-T X.216 | ISO/CEI 8822 a été augmentée d'une unité fonctionnelle facultative qui permet d'établir des connexions de présentation additionnelles, indépendantes, imbriquées dans une connexion de présentation existante. Cette amélioration permettra de réutiliser des normes de couche Application existantes (chacune exploitant totalement, et le cas échéant de manière incompatible, les services de synchronisation de présentation) en tant que composantes de nouvelles normes de couche Application. |
